If you find you’re repeating yourself today, don’t panic, it’s not early onset Alzheimer’s, you’re just celebrating.  It’s Repeat Day!  Take today to repeat doing something you enjoy doing, like walking, watching your favorite movie, or playing your favorite song over and over.  If yesterday was a good day, repeat yesterday today!  It’s your prerogative, but I wouldn’t suggest repeating anything you don’t like to do or a bad relationship.

Visit that friend of yours who repeats themselves a hundred times in one conversation or call your Uncle who actually does have Alzheimer’s and celebrate with him.  You could keep having the same conversation over and over with yourself, something you probably already do.   To those of you who think being repetitive is insane, it’s only insane if you expect a different result.  Since it’s Repeat Day, you should be expecting the same result.
