If you’re feeling especially thwarted today, it makes sense.  It’s International Moment of Frustration Scream Day!  Regardless of age, heritage, class or location, most of us feel frustrated from time to time. People, places, and situations don’t always live up to our expectations leaving us to feel stuck, disappointed, unresolved, and dissatisfied. You could go outside at noon GMT and scream for 30 seconds. If you’ve missed the time, go outside and scream anyway.  What’s important is it figure out how to relieve frustration without going postal.   Don’t get frustrated with me, but I don’t have the answer, just a few suggestions.

  1. Find a new hobby.
  2. Plan a holiday.
  3. Answer all questions with an onomatopoeia.
  4. Watch a marathon of Game of Thrones.
  5. Meditate.
  6. Go to a comedy show.
  7. Stay frustrated, whither, and die because of gastric issues associated with chronic frustration.
