To celebrate World Hello Day, you must say, “hello” to ten people. I didn’t see any specifications they should be 10 new people, but I think if they’re people you speak to every day, it kind of defeats the point. The idea is world peace begins with communication. It’s almost 2018 and world peace is still on our list of things to do, so we should all celebrate in hopes we can check that box off in our lifetime. If you remember a few celebrations back, you can pull out your purple armbands today, too. It’s International Peace Day! Declared by the United Nations General Assembly in 1981, today requests 24 hours of non-violence. Does this include Mother Nature? She certaintly has been having her way with the world the past few weeks. Everyone dealing with a natural disaster is in my prayers.

You’re going to have to pull out your kumbayah and crystals for this holiday. Today is Day Out of Time Day and we’re not just in a different time, we are in a different calendar, the 13 moon calendar. I don’t know too much about this, so I’m not going to linger here long, but the general idea is Peace through Culture and that’s a theme I can support.
Gather today and celebrate by discussing culture and the oneness art can bring. Peace, love and moonbeams can be today’s motto. I feel the showers of acceptance shimmering over my body right now.
